Tips to save Meat

Always store meat in a place or container which is protected from flies, insects, rodents or other animals. Storage containers should have good air flow. Mosquito nets or mosquito nets can be used, or using whatever materials are available.
If you have a special container for storing meat, use it only to save the meat, not to store vegetables, bread or other foods because the bacteria from the meat will make other foods more quickly rot.
Coolgardie Safe is one example of a container that can be used, in the form of a wire box that can store food to be more cool, dry and protected. This box can be used to store either fresh or dried meat flesh.
