Strain EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE AND MODEL cage PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PRODUCTION BROILER
In Lampung, Indonesia many breeders who maintain broilerberagam broiler strain. Broilers are kept in an open cage model, namely modelkandang postal and cage model stage. High temperature lingkunganmerupakan one obstacle in the broiler business. The purpose of this study is there untukmengetahui interaction between strain and cage model used physiological responses and broiler production; know strainterhadap influence physiological responses and broiler production; know modelkandang influence on physiological responses and broiler production. The design used was completely randomized design with factorial poia strainterdiri treatment factor of 2 kinds of strains (Lohmann and Cobb) and modelkandang treatment factor consists of 2 kinds of models of cage (cage stage and kandangpostal). Each treatment combination was replicated six times. Each set of experiments using 10 chickens. Data were analyzed ragampada 5% significance level. The results showed there was no interaction between strains (Cobb and Lohmann) and cage model used (Postaldan Stage) on physiological responses (abdominal temperature, shank skin temperature, frequency pemafasan) and response production (body weight, feed intake, feed conversion ratio) broiler; Strain no significant (P> 0.05). on physiological responses but significant (P <0.05) on the response of broiler production; cage model no significant (P> 0.05) on physiological responses, significantly affect berattubuh accretion and feed conversion, but had no significant effect (P > 0.05) broiler ration terhadapkonsumsi age of 4 weeks.
